F-35 Lightning II

I'm not a technology wonk. I keep posts pretty simple. I appreciate the F-22 Raptor as the top of the line fifth generation fighter with stealth capability and a high price tag and so many technological advantages that they could not be listed much understood in a little post here. The F-35 Lightning II is a fifth generation fighter, too, with stealth capability and lots of other neat stuff and a lower price tag. Now do the math. On those occasions when armed conflict calls these birds to prey, the F-22 will dazzle and confuse and the F-35 will just plain get the job done. In a sufficiently large conflict, the F-35 would be easier to produce and there would be more of them. Nice combination of advantages.
